The Ahmir Media Services Group (AMSG) websites, Ahmir Media, Amsltech, Doc Reo TV, Geminelle.com, AMSG Affiliate Websites and DocView devices and applications were designed to provide users with a better entertainment experience by connecting users of Doc Reo T.V. with Facebook friends and fans of our shows. Through our Websites and IOS, Android and Facebook® applications we have connected our website API to deliver this experience. Think of DocView as a Really Simple Syndication (RSS) Feed of the Doc Reo TV’s content management system, delivered in an easy to use Facebook interface as well as an IOS Application. What This Privacy Policy Covers
This policy covers Amsltech’s AMWiki, Doc Reo TV and DocView and their associated products, (hereafter referred to as Amsltech).This policy also covers how Amsltech treats personal information that Amsltech collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Amsltech products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
Information Collection and Use
Amsltech collects personal information when you register with us or add an Amsltech application for Facebook®, when you use Amsltech products or services, when you visit Amsltech pages or the pages of certain Amsltech partners. When you register with Amsltech or Amsltech websites and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
When you use Amsltech products, you may set up your profile preferences, form relationships, send messages, upload files, perform searches and queries, form groups, set up events, and transmit information through various channels. We collect this information so that we can provide you the service and offer personalized features.
When you update information, we usually keep a backup copy of the prior version for a reasonable period of time to enable reversion to the prior version of that information.
You post content on the Site at your own risk. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you may choose to share your pages and information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that User Content you post on the Site will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of User Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other Users have copied or stored your User Content.
Amsltech strives to provide notifications to users of course related content in a timely manner but is not responsible for lost or late notifications.
Amsltech automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, Amsltech cookie information, and the page you request.
Amsltech uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Amsltech does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Amsltech’s terms of use, or as otherwise required by law. We transfer information about you if Amsltech is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, DocView will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Amsltech displays targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click targeted ads meet the targeting criteria—for example, women ages 18-24 from a particular geographic area. Amsltech does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.
Amsltech may send you service-related announcements from time to time through the general operation of the service. For instance, if a friend sends you a new message, or someone posts on your Activity Wall, you may receive an email alerting you to that fact.
Generally, you may opt out of such emails by clicking the opt out link in the footer of each email, though DocView reserves the right to send you notice about your account even if you opt out of all voluntary email notifications.
Children Under Age 13
Amsltech does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to use Amsltech or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on Amsltech. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
Children Between the Ages of 13 and 18
We recommend that minors over the age of 13 ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet.
Cookies
Amsltech may set and access Amsltech cookies on your computer.
Amsltech lets other companies that show advertisements on some of our pages set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies’ use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to Amsltech’s cookies.

Amsltech may contain links to other websites. We are of course not responsible for the privacy practices of other web sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Amsltech.
Confidentiality and Security
We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

Your account information is located on a secured server behind a firewall. When you enter sensitive information we encrypt that information. Because email and instant messaging are not recognized as secure communications, we request that you not send private information to us by email or instant messaging services.

Your use of Amsltech, and any disputes arising from it, is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Use and all of its dispute resolution provisions including arbitration, limitation on damages and choice of law.
We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use at any time. Non-material changes and clarifications will take effect immediately, and material changes will take effect within 30 days of their posting on this site. If we make changes, we will post them and will indicate at the top of this page the policy’s new effective date. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or through notice on our home page.
